Payments

You can pay for your nominations, membership, event fees, etc via bank transfer.

It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT when making a payment that you include your initials or some type of identification which also includes what your payment is for. If you do not include these details we may not be able to work out who made the payment, therefore nominations may be missed, etc. A simple example is NSNoms or NSNom&Clinic.

Once payment is made email Niomi Sutherland admin@bqhca.com.au or phone Anne on 4782 6777 with details of your receipt number and to confirm that all your paperwork, etc, has been received as well.

There are a number of forms that need to be filled out and returned if you are competing, nomintations will NOT be accepted without the appropriate paperwork and payment, please see details below.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are competing in both NCHA and Unaffiliated Events we require the appropriate paperwork from both lists shown below.

NCHA Events –
Nomination Form

If you are a current financial member of the NCHA please submit NCHA Membership Waiver Form or
If you are a non member and you are planning to ride in the Rookie Event on an NCHA Day Membership please submit NCHA Waiver for Non Members.

Unaffiliated Events –
Nomination Form - this is the same as nomination form under NCHA Events, competitors DO NOT need to submit 2 nomination forms.
If you are a current financial member of the BQHCA or AQHA please submit AQHA Waiver or
If you are a non member please submit AQHA Temporary Member Waiver (for Temporary Day Memberships ONLY)

All PAPERWORK and PAYMENTS must be received by close of nominations on 27th April 2012. No phone entries or on the day entries will be taken. Payment information can be found above.

AQHA WAIVERS (All Shows and Events)

IMPORTANT NOTE: The AQHA requires that waiver forms to be completed for each event we hold where horses are being handled. There are now 2 types of forms, one that BQHCA or AQHA current finanicial members fill out and one that is for people requiring Temporary Day membership. The AQHA has set down a fee of $15 for anyone wants to attend an event using a day membership.
